Janki Chatti After early breakfast, we begin our trek with packed lunch to Yamunotri to visit the temple of Goddess Yamuna, situated on the bank of the river. You can take a holy dip in the nearby tank filled by hot springs , the common rituals performed by the devotees. We return to Jankichatti in the evening while doing trekking. Dinner and Overnight stay in Hotel at Jankichatti.
After breakfast drive to Uttarkashi (1158 m.) Uttarkashi is situated on the bank of river Bhagirathi. Lunch at Uttarkashi. Evening free to explore the area. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel Mandakini or Shivlinga or similar or Dix tents at Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi Early morning after breakfast drive to Gangotri (3048 m) with packed lunch. On arrival take a holy dip in the River sacred. The Ganga also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Return to Uttarkashi for night stay. Dinner at Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Hotel at Uttarkashi Laxman Jhula.
